LLC "Volodarka-Kombikorm" has been using AXT brand products for treating its crops for several years. This season, the farm has massively adopted the use of drones for pesticide application. The desiccation process is no exception. To prepare crops for harvesting, the farm chose the desiccant Registan Ultra, 1.2 L/ha, from the new product line.
The farm owns approximately 4,000 hectares of land. The AGRONIX service team, led by Mykola Chernyak, desiccated the sunflower and successfully completed the task. Before the season began, Mykola Chernyak tested several desiccants with different concentrations from various manufacturers and made his choice in favor of Registan Ultra.
The use of drones for desiccation helped reduce fuel and labor costs, as well as ensured precise and even crop coverage without damaging the plants.
