How to Use DJI Relay?

During operation, signal connections between the drone and the remote controller can be disrupted by tall crops, trees, or hills, leading to display delays and an increased risk of signal loss.
To address this issue, DJI Agriculture has introduced the DJI Relay module along with the latest firmware for the T50. To fully take advantage of the module, it is recommended to update the devices to the latest firmware version.

EASY CONNECTION WITH YOUR AGRAS DRONE
To use the relay module, the first step is to pair it with the AGRAS drone. Simply press and hold the power button to turn on the module. When the RC and UAV are powered on, the indicator lights will turn red.
To start the pairing process, press and hold the power button until the left indicator on the RC controller lights up green.
Next, go to the device management section on the remote controller and select the Relay module.
Then, press the pairing option to complete the process.
When the RC and UAV lights turn green, the pairing has been successfully completed.
LONG HOURS OF OPERATION MADE EASIER WITH POWER BANK SUPPORT
If you work for long hours in the field and need to keep the Relay module charged, use a power bank that supports the PD (Power Delivery) protocol.
With a PD protocol power bank, you can be sure that your Relay module will remain charged and ready for operation, even when you are far from a traditional power source.
This is especially useful when working in remote areas.
KEY INSTALLATION TIPS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR THE DJI RELAY MODULE
The second step is to identify the ideal location for installing the Relay module.
The module should be placed at a central and elevated point within your work area.
This ensures optimal signal coverage and connectivity for your drones.
To install the Relay module, ensure you have a standard tripod mounting connector.
You can purchase or customize a suitable pole and tripod base, depending on the specific terrain and crops you are working with.
Finally, attach the Relay module to the tripod using the connector.
Note: The Relay module should be installed at least 2 meters higher than the crop canopy you will be spraying.
For safety reasons, do not use the module during a thunderstorm.
ESTABLISHING A STABLE SIGNAL CONNECTION WITH THE DJI RELAY MODULE
