    Processing the drone intake for repair, completing the required documents (intake report, repair agreement, etc.), recording the customer's contact details and a description of the issue.

  • Drone diagnostics

    Using specialized equipment to test the drone, checking all components (motors, battery, cameras, sensors, etc.), and preparing a diagnostic report describing identified issues and possible solutions.

  • Customer communication

    Explaining the identified issues to the customer, proposing repair options, and agreeing on cost and timelines. Obtaining the customer's approval to proceed with the repair.

    Replacing faulty components, configuring software, and performing mechanical or electronic repairs according to the agreed plan.
