Repair process

Customer inquiry
A specialist consults the customer, listens to their issue, asks clarifying questions to understand the situation, and suggests possible solutions.
Drone intake for repair
Processing the drone intake for repair, completing the required documents (intake report, repair agreement, etc.), recording the customer's contact details and a description of the issue.
Drone diagnostics
Using specialized equipment to test the drone, checking all components (motors, battery, cameras, sensors, etc.), and preparing a diagnostic report describing identified issues and possible solutions.
Customer communication
Explaining the identified issues to the customer, proposing repair options, and agreeing on cost and timelines. Obtaining the customer's approval to proceed with the repair.
Repair
Replacing faulty components, configuring software, and performing mechanical or electronic repairs according to the agreed plan.
Repair quality check
Conducting a test flight and checking all drone functions to confirm that all issues have been resolved. Addressing any defects that may have arisen during the repair.
Drone handover to customer
Completing repair completion documents, handing over the drone, providing recommendations for further operation and maintenance, answering the customer's questions, and collecting feedback.
