Customer request

Drone acceptance for repair
Filling out the necessary documents (act of acceptance, repair agreement, etc.), recording the customer's contact details, and the problem description.
Drone diagnostics
Using specialized equipment to test the drone, checking all its components (motors, batteries, cameras, sensors etc.), and writing a report that describes the issues found and suggests possible solutions.
Communication with the customer
Explaining the issues found during diagnostics to the customer, offering repair options, discussing the cost and timeframe, and obtaining the customer’s approval to proceed with the repair.
